止戈武塾八極拳基本功

包含八個動作:

衝捶,橫打,劈捶,撩捶,挫拳,翻捶,栽打,外橫捶

練習重點:前後腳都練習跺腳,全身放鬆,意念落地三尺,感受勁力從地下傳上來,一節一節得往上送,不要用背或腰的力。
